The hotel was clean and had nice facilities like a gym and swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, although English communication could be a bit challenging. The location was in a calm area outside the city center, surrounded by a small forest. It was a bit far from the nearest metro station, but transportation options were available. The breakfast was good and there was a shuttle service to the metro, which was a nice bonus.

Do not use this hotel! It is wrongly drscribed as a 4* hotel. The staff are rude and unhelpful, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes from giving our food and drinks order, the food is cheap and nasty. Booked.net should drop this hotel from their list as it is not good for their reputation. If you have already booked to stay here cancel immediately even if it means at a cost, It is a higher price to pay in unhappiness if you do! There was nothing we liked about this place.

almost the only hotel in Saint-Petersburg, where we could find a room on friday before holidays and suitable for our budget

The location of the hotel is perfect! It feels secluded, but it's only a short walk to public transport and the city center. The hotel amenities are great, especially the pool and sauna. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with options for different dietary needs.

The staff were not always clear about procedures, such as needing a voucher and locker for the pool. Communication was difficult at times due to a language barrier.

We enjoyed that there was a swimming pool,sauna,gym, mini-golf and table tennis available on the territory of the hotel. And guest had a chance to use those facilities free of charge (even though in certain hours, that was fine with us)

We didn't like that along with the price per night, you also had to pay registration fee. The rooms of a 4-star hotel were not even close to 2- stars of any european hotel. No conditioner, it was rather hard to sleep in hot summer night - we had to open the door of our room. Pillows and blankets are not comfortable. Personnel are not friendly.
